Regan Planning & Permits was established to help people to navigate city and county planning permits processes. This could be anything from a simple build project such as a shed or new home, finding the right zoning for a new business, changing the zoning/ future land use designation on a piece of land, or a simple lot split. 

Having worked in this field for over 10 years we know how difficult it can be sometimes to go through these processes. Cities and counties in their best effort to ensure that properties do not negatively impact their neighbors have rules and regulations in place such as setbacks for structures or a certain type of zoning. However, sometimes there are extenuating circumstances for an individual case. Regan Planning & Permits is here to help you with these individual cases. We would like to use our experience and expertise to help you to achieve the outcome that you desire.
